How to Grow & Maintain Open-source Community & Ecosystem for the Long-term

We can offer a unique take on building an open-source community based on our experiences over the last 25 years. We are world-leading specialists in the Erlang and Elixir open source programming languages that use the BEAM VM. We take a lead within the Erlang/Elixir ecosystem to grow and support the community via our global conferences brand Code Sync. We believe in the power of open source languages to build the type of systems required for challenges of the modern world especially in fintech. Our company traces its history all the way back to the original creation of the Erlang language in the 1990s in the labs of Ericsson and we still have one of the original co-creators as part of our engineering team. Ericsson released Erlang as open-source just over 20 years ago. Francesco is an engaging and passionate speaker.
