Congratulations Adrian Hammond, Chief Architect at Red Hat UK for leading the contribution of Red Hat OpenShift Configuration Documents for GCP to Compliant Financial Infrastructure.This contribution provides a validated implementation of Red Hat OpenShift on Google Cloud Platform that meets FINOS Compliant Financial Infrastructures expectations for a highly regulated environment and paves the way for further contribution to provide IaC, testing and automation for a CFI compliant deployment on GCP and other cloud providers.

Congratulations Mini Krishnan, Software Engineer at Wipro and David Holder, Field Engineer at SUSE for the awesome collaboration on Accelerating DevOps, Cloud and Agile Transformation in Banks with Rancher and for being this week's Community Spotlight.As new FINOS contributors from Wipro and SUSE, Mini and David collaborated to demonstrate how engineering in banks has transformed through Kubernetes and how Rancher is leveraged to provision systems and manage Kubernetes clusters. Ffion Acland – June 2021
This week's FINOS Community Spotlight falls on the Financial Objects Special Interest Group and the community leadership demonstrated by Ffion Acland, who co-leads the GlobalData Models and Governance team at Goldman Sachs.Ffion led the FINOS Legend Studio Pilot modeling work around FX Options and Commodities last year, and has been the front line advocate for collaborative modeling on the Legend Studio shared hosted instance since Legend was open sourced. She presented on "Why Open Source data models revolutionize the financial services industry" at OSSF 2020 and earlier this year proposed to re-purpose and co-lead the Financial Objects Special Interest Group.
Maria Cristina de Dominics – May 2021
The FINOS team would like to congratulate Maria Cristina De Dominicis of Symphony for being this week's FINOS Community Spotlight for her dedication, hard work and contributions to the Symphony BDK Java, MessageML Utilities and REST API Specification projects.Maria is a dedicated open source contributor from Symphony working across the FINOS and SymphonyOSS GitHub organizations by owning and closing GitHub issues, contributing new features in Java whilst updating API specifications and merging team & open source contributed pull requests.
